How we move assets

Duvall Mercantile is organized around a single operating discipline: getting industrial assets off idle floors and into the hands of buyers who will run them — at a price the numbers justify and on a schedule the seller can actually plan around. That discipline starts before any asset changes hands, with appraisals and documented valuations covering fair market value, orderly liquidation value, and forced sale value. A defensible written number shapes every decision that follows — what channel to use, what reserve to set, what timeline to commit to — whether the asset in question is a single tool and die press or an entire stamping department. Outright purchase is the fastest path. Duvall Mercantile buys equipment directly, committing capital without contingencies, so sellers who need certainty over ceiling can close and move on. The categories we acquire span the full production floor: rubber and silicone mixing and curing lines, metal stamping assets, injection molding machinery, blow mold equipment, CNC machining centers, Swiss turning cells, EDM machines, grinding cells, fabrication equipment, extrusion lines and extruders, thermoform lines, rotational mold machinery, die cast cells, automation and auxiliary handling equipment, and mold inventories alongside complete tooling and proprietary product lines. When a seller's position calls for maximum recovery over maximum speed, Duvall Mercantile structures and manages consignment programs — placing assets through our North American dealer relationships and into a global buyer network that reaches well beyond any single region. Auctions are where the archetype is truest. We design, manage, and execute live and online auction events for plant closures, bankruptcy proceedings, estate situations, and voluntary liquidations — setting the format, the sequence, and the reserves around the actual asset composition rather than a default template. The result is a defined endpoint with documented recovery, not an open-ended sale process that outlasts the seller's patience. On the acquisition side, Duvall Mercantile sources specific equipment for manufacturers who need a particular capability and prefer to buy used rather than new — working the network until the right unit surfaces, then vetting and negotiating on the buyer's behalf. When a transaction extends past the machinery itself, we manage complete business exits and turnkey facility transactions. The real estate, M&E, and contracts move together as one coordinated handoff — a single point of accountability rather than three separate advisors pulling the deal in different directions.
